The area around Keflavík International Airport, the global entry point to Iceland, had a masterplan, a vision, and growing momentum. What it needed was a broader story to put the development on the radar of international investors who hadn't yet thought to look that far north.

Kadeco needed a unified message and actionable strategy to translate its technical masterplan into a compelling offer, earning the attention of international executives as one of Iceland's marquee investment destinations.

Iceland punches above its weight in almost every quality of life and talent competitveness measure. For foreign direct investment, however, it barely registers.
The opportunity was real, but the audience wasn't looking north for opportunities. That meant K64 couldn't just sell itself. It had to sell Iceland first.
